From template design to installation, JR ensures that we consistently deliver the highest quality and customer satisfaction you have come to know and expect form Countertops By Superior. JR also meets with customers and distributors to help choose the right materials for their job. When he is not in the office, he spends the his time meeting with customers at the their home doing estimates and templates and can even be found at the installations getting his hands dirty. Title: Showroom Manager, Designer and Customer Service Representative Role at CBS: In addition to working with customers and helping them choose their countertops, Charlene makes sure that the sales and scheduling process runs smoothly. She acts as a liaison between the sales team, fabrication shop and installation crew to ensure that the process of purchasing countertops is stress free for each customer.
