Title: President & Owner Role at CBS: JR is involved in all aspects of operations at CBS and continues to be an integral part of every project we take on. From template design to installation, JR ensures that we consistently deliver the highest quality and customer satisfaction you have come to know and expect form Countertops By Superior. JR also meets with customers and distributors to help choose the right materials for their job. When he is not in the office, he spends the his time meeting with customers at the their home doing estimates and templates and can even be found at the installations getting his hands dirty. Title: Showroom Manager, Designer and Customer Service Representative Role at CBS: In addition to working with customers and helping them choose their countertops, Charlene makes sure that the sales and scheduling process runs smoothly. She acts as a liaison between the sales team, fabrication shop and installation crew to ensure that the process of purchasing countertops is stress free for each customer. Title: Designer and Customer Service Representative Role at CBS: Courtney spends her time working with customers to design their dream kitchens. Whether it is choosing the perfect stone, selecting a sink or finalizing all of the details for a job, Courtney helps customers make their dream kitchen a reality. Title: Shop Foreman Role at CBS: Osiris Perez is our Shop Foreman here at CBS. Osiris has been working for CBS since 2015. He holds 20 years of experience fabricating & installing granite before becoming Shop Foreman. On a daily basis, Osiris oversees all fabrication projects and works with the office personnel to ensure all projects run smoothly. He prioritizes which materials need to be cut & in which order to correspond with installation dates. He also runs the saw. Osiris makes sure all shop operations are completed to perfection.
